The invention discloses a semi-automatic smoke exhaust window opening device which comprises a pulley block, a steel wire rope, a window opener connecting rod, a starting switch and a balancing weight. The pulley block comprises an upper pulley, a lower pulley, a window opener connecting rod pulley and a starting switch pulley which are linked through a steel wire rope, the window opener connecting rod pulley is connected with the smoke exhaust window through a window opener connecting rod, the starting switch pulley is provided with a starting switch used for limiting the pulley block, and the steel wire rope is connected with a balancing weight; in an initial state, the balancing weight is in a high position and is limited through the starting switch, and the smoke exhaust window is closed; and when the switch is started to release limiting, the balancing weight moves downwards and drives the smoke exhaust window to be opened through the window opener connecting rod. When the device is used, the starting switch is turned on by a person, then the device does not consume electricity, a fire detection and linkage control system is not needed, and the smoke exhaust window can be opened only through gravitational potential energy stored by the mechanism; the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and low investment.
