The invention discloses a four-gear power reversing valve for a loading machine. The four-gear power reversing valve comprises an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a diverter valve, a reversing valve, a gear shifting valve, a first balance valve, a second balance valve, a first buffer valve and a second buffer valve, wherein the diverter valve, the reversing valve and the gear shifting valve are arranged in the upper valve body, and the first balance valve, the second balance valve, the first buffer valve and the second buffer valve are arranged in the lower valve body. A first oil port of the first buffer valve is connected to the forward gear working oil way in parallel, and a second oil port of the first buffer valve is connected with a back pressure oil port of the first balance valve through a first buffer oil way; the first oil port of the second buffer valve is connected to the reverse gear working oil way in parallel, and the second oil port of the second buffer valve is connected with the back pressure oil port of the second balance valve through a second buffer oil way. When the valve group is used for shifting gears, the oil pressure and the flow speed of a gear oil way are adjusted through the balance valve and the buffer valve, so that a loader power device can achieve the function of gentle gear shifting without impact oscillation, a loader is stable in action without impact in the starting, advancing and stopping processes, and the driving comfort is improved.
