A pressure-assisted toilet assembly comprising a bowl; and a pressure tank assembly, wherein the pressure tank assembly is configured to be located within the bathroom wall cavity after installation of the toilet assembly. The bowl may include an access space at an underside of the bowl, and/or may include a utility port on a side of the bowl, the utility port configured to allow a toilet to be fluidly coupled to an in-wall water source and/or electrically coupled to an in-wall power source. The assembly may include an in-wall support structure configured to be removed from within the bathroom wall cavity to provide access to the pressure tank assembly.
