The invention provides a ceramic preparation method which comprises the following steps: preparing a mud blank according to the main body form of a finished product object, and evaporating moisture in the mud blank; calcining the mud blank after water evaporation to form a hard biscuit, and adjusting the calcining temperature according to the proportion parameter of each component for preparing the mud blank; carrying out cutting processing on the hard biscuit; after the cutting processing is completed, the splicing parts are adhered to the corresponding parts of the hard biscuit through an adhesive; and the hard biscuit pasted with the splicing parts is glazed, and the glazed hard biscuit is sintered and formed to be made into a finished product object. The hard biscuit has certain mechanical strength, and in the subsequent cutting process and the process of pasting the splicing part to the corresponding part of the hard biscuit, part deformation and pressing marks can be reduced, so that the rate of certified products is increased, manual operation steps are reduced, dependence on manpower is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. And the overall quality of the finally manufactured finished product is improved.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷制备方法,陶瓷制备方法包括:依据成品对象的主体形态制作泥胚,并蒸发泥胚内的水分;对蒸发水分后的泥胚进行煅烧以形成硬质素坯,并根据制成泥胚的各成分的比例参数调整煅烧温度;对硬质素坯进行切削加工;在切削加工完成后通过粘结剂将拼接部件粘贴在硬质素坯对应的部位上;对粘贴好拼接部件的硬质素坯进行上釉处理,并在上釉处理后将所述硬质素坯烧结成型以制成成品对象。上述硬质素坯具有一定的机械强度,在后续的切削加工,以及将拼接部件粘贴至硬质素坯对应的部位上的过程中,能够减小部件变形以及按压痕迹的产生,从而提高正品率,减少人工操作步骤,降低对人工的依赖,提高最终所制成的成品的整体质量。
