The hinged type prefabricated cabin comprises wall plate modules, a base module and a top cover module, the multiple wall plate modules are spliced and then surround the base module, and the top cover module is buckled on the multiple wall plate modules; the wallboard module comprises a wallboard frame and a wallboard; the wallboard frame comprises an upper profile stand column, side profile stand columns and lower channel steel, the upper profile stand column and the lower channel steel are arranged in parallel, and the left side profile stand column and the right side profile stand column are connected with the upper profile stand column and the lower channel steel respectively; the wall plate is mounted in the wall plate frame; the wallboard module and the base module are hinged through a primary-secondary shaft. The modular scheme design is adopted, the product design cost and the machining cost are reduced, and the machining period is shortened; according to the hinged design scheme of the wall surface and the base, the wall surface and the base are stacked during transportation and opened during in-place, vehicles needed for transportation are greatly reduced, and the transportation cost is greatly saved; the prefabricated cabin is flexible in structure combination and large in size expansion space.
