Treatment method for tin smelting acidic wastewater and intermediate slag
The invention discloses a tin smelting waste acid sewage and intermediate slag treatment method which comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding limestone into tin smelting waste acid sewage to adjust the pH value to 10-11, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain first arsenic-containing gypsum slag and first filtrate; and (2) carrying out oxidation reaction on the first filtrate, adding ferric salt, carrying out stirring reaction, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain second arsenic-containing gypsum slag and second filtrate, and discharging or recycling the second filtrate, and (3) uniformly mixing the first arsenic-containing gypsum slag, the second arsenic-containing gypsum slag and pyrite, and feeding the mixture into a fuming furnace for treatment. The method provided by the invention not only can realize stable up-to-standard discharge or cyclic utilization of the acidic wastewater, but also can realize harmless utilization of the intermediate slag.
本发明公开了一种锡冶炼污酸污水及中间渣的处理方法,包括以下具体步骤:(1)在锡冶炼污酸污水加入石灰石调节pH值至10‑11后,固液分离得第一含砷石膏渣和第一滤液;(2)将所述第一滤液进行氧化反应,并加入铁盐搅拌反应后,固液分离得第二含砷石膏渣和第二滤液,所述第二滤液外排或循环利用即可;(3)将所述第一含砷石膏渣、所述第二含砷石膏渣和黄铁矿混匀后送入烟化炉处理即可;本发明方法既可以实现污酸污水稳定达标排放或循环利用,还能实现中间渣的无害化利用。
