Stone powder activity exciting agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stone powder activity exciting agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3%-12% of calcium oxide powder, 4%-8% of a thickening aid, 10%-40% of fly ash, 25%-45% of an organic acid synergist, 5%-15% of a high-efficiency dissolution promoter, 10%-20% of a high-activity inorganic agent, 3%-5% of an organic silicon defoaming agent, 5%-10% of polymeric polyol and the balance of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the stone powder activity exciting agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding a solid material for the stone powder activity exciting agent; adding a liquid material for the stone powder activity exciting agent into the reactor, and stirring; adding water, fully stirring, separating the mixed reagent according to the proportion, and finally packaging and transporting. Through mutual cooperation of the thickening auxiliary agent, the organic acid synergist and the efficient dissolution promoter, the activity of the stone powder is guaranteed, the active ingredients of the stone powder are further excited, and the mixing amount of the stone powder in cement and concrete is greatly increased.
