Disclosed herein are a calcining apparatus and a calcining system. The calcining equipment comprises a barrel and a heat exchange pipe arranged in the barrel, a feeding port and a discharging port are formed in the barrel, and the heat exchange pipe is used for heating materials in the barrel; and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange tube at the tube sections at different positions in the length direction of the barrel body is different. According to the calcining equipment disclosed by the invention, materials at different positions are subjected to differential drying and calcining by adjusting the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange pipes at different positions in the length direction, the situation that the calcining condition of the materials cannot be controlled or is difficult to control in the whole calcining process is avoided, calcining parameters are conveniently adjusted according to different conditions of the materials, and the calcining efficiency is improved. Therefore, stable and high-quality gypsum powder is obtained, and the final quality of a gypsum finished product is improved.
本文公开了一种煅烧设备和煅烧系统。煅烧设备包括筒体和设置于所述筒体内的换热管,所述筒体上设置有入料口和出料口,所述换热管用于加热所述筒体内的物料;所述换热管沿所述筒体长度方向不同位置的管段处的换热效率不同。本文公开的煅烧设备通过调整换热管在长度上不同位置的换热效率,以达到对不同位置的物料进行差异化干燥及煅烧,避免在整个煅烧过程中无法控制或难以控制对物料的煅烧情况,便于根据物料的不同情况调整煅烧参数,以获得稳定、高质量的石膏粉料,有利于提高石膏成品的最终质量。
