Novel method for firing ceramsite by using coal gangue and equipment system thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramsite firing, in particular to a novel method for firing ceramsite with coal gangue and an equipment system thereof. The method for firing the ceramsite comprises the following steps: grinding coal gangue into powder, pelletizing, distributing, drying and dehydrating, preheating, igniting, self-roasting, roasting at high temperature, and cooling twice to obtain the ceramsite. The equipment system comprises a belt type sintering machine, a cover body, an air blower, a first induced draft fan, a second induced draft fan, a third induced draft fan, a fourth induced draft fan, a waste heat recovery system and a dust removal system. The high-strength ceramsite is prepared from the coal gangue, the problems of environment and land occupation caused by deposition and stacking of a large amount of the coal gangue are solved, waste can be turned into wealth, the ceramsite is applied to the building industry, the ecological environment is prevented from being destroyed due to mountain cutting and quarrying during stone production, and in the ceramsite firing process, the heat value of the coal gangue is reasonably utilized, so that the energy consumption is reduced. A reasonable sintering process is designed, the heat value of the coal gangue is utilized to the maximum extent, excess heat is subjected to waste heat recovery, and the production cost is reduced.
