The recycled granulating agent can realize rapid and efficient recycling of a waste concrete mixture, and the obtained recycled aggregate can effectively ensure the working performance, mechanical properties and the like of the obtained concrete; the preparation method is simple, mild in reaction condition, simple in application method, low in cost and suitable for popularization and application.
