The invention discloses a calcium/magnesium carbonate modified sulfur microcellular foaming material and a preparation and application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly materials and sewage treatment. According to the invention, a carbon dioxide foaming technology under high pressure and even a supercritical state is combined with a modified sulfur material foaming technology for the first time, and carbon dioxide is dissolved in a molten mass of sulfur and calcium/magnesium carbonate, so that the modified sulfur microcellular foaming material with micron-sized small pore diameter and uniform bubble distribution is obtained; meanwhile, the composite material has the characteristics of being good in compression resistance, capable of autonomously regulating and controlling water pH, high in reaction activity, easy to attach microorganisms, capable of slowly releasing electron donors for denitrification, capable of effectively improving the utilization rate of a carbon source in inorganic minerals and the like, can be used as filler of a sewage treatment fluidized bed and a fixed bed reactor, and has a relatively good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种钙/镁碳酸盐改性硫磺微孔发泡材料及其制备与应用方法,属于环保材料和污水处理技术领域。本发明首次将高压乃至超临界状态下的二氧化碳发泡技术与改性硫磺材料发泡技术相结合,将二氧化碳溶解在硫磺与钙/镁碳酸盐的熔融体中,获得具有微米级小孔径、气泡分布均匀的改性硫磺微孔发泡材料,并且同时具备抗压性能好、可自主调控水质pH、反应活性高、易于微生物附着、缓释电子供体脱氮、能够有效提高无机矿物中的碳源利用率等特性,可以作为污水处理流化床和固定床反应器的填料,具有较好的应用前景。
