The invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding film preparation method which comprises the following steps: preparing an MXenes dispersion liquid; dispersing the heat-conducting filler in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare heat-conducting filler dispersion liquid; the heat conduction filler dispersion liquid is added into the MXenes dispersion liquid to obtain mixed slurry, the mixed slurry is formed and dried to obtain the electromagnetic shielding film, the heat conduction filler is one or a combination of silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, zirconium carbide, tantalum carbide and hafnium carbide, and the invention further discloses the electromagnetic shielding film. The electromagnetic shielding film prepared by the invention has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and heat-conducting performance, and also shows good flexibility at the same time.

本发明公开了一种电磁屏蔽膜制备方法，包括如下步骤，制备MXenes分散液；将导热填料分散于无水乙醇中，制备导热填料分散液；将导热填料分散液加入到MXenes分散液中得到混合浆料，将所述混合浆料成型、干燥，得到电磁屏蔽膜，其中，所述导热填料为氮化硅、氮化铝、碳化锆、碳化钽、碳化铪中的一种或组合，本发明还公开了一种电磁屏蔽膜。本发明制备的电磁屏蔽膜具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能、导热性能，同时还展现出良好的柔性。
