The invention discloses a combination device for interlayer combination of a rigid-flexible composite pavement and a construction method of the combination device. The device comprises bearing units and deformation coordination units which are longitudinally distributed in the rigid-flexible composite pavement in a staggered manner, each bearing unit comprises an upper wing plate, a web plate, a lower wing plate, a sealing plate, a splicing plate, a shear-resistant part and an adjustable lifting assembly; the deformation coordinating unit comprises a straight steel bar and a spiral steel bar hoop. The structure is simple, the interlayer bonding strength and deformation coordination capacity of the rigid-flexible composite pavement can be effectively improved, and interlayer shear failure is eliminated.
