The invention discloses a combined rock anchor anchoring system and a construction method thereof.The combined rock anchor anchoring system comprises a front anchor chamber, a rear anchor chamber, a plurality of anchor cable channels and anchor cable assemblies, the front anchor chamber is provided with a first anchor face, a main cable strand is dispersed into a plurality of single cable bodies by a cable dispersing saddle, and the rear anchor chamber is provided with a second anchor face and a third anchor face which are arranged at intervals; each anchor cable channel penetrates through the first anchor surface, the second anchor surface and the third anchor surface, each anchor cable channel comprises a first pre-stressed anchor cable channel section and a second pre-stressed anchor cable channel section, the anchor cable assembly comprises a plurality of first pre-stressed anchor cables and a plurality of second pre-stressed anchor cables, each first pre-stressed anchor cable is arranged on the corresponding first pre-stressed anchor cable channel section, and each second pre-stressed anchor cable is arranged on the corresponding second pre-stressed anchor cable channel section. The upper ends of the second pre-stressed anchor cables are connected with the corresponding single cable bodies, the second pre-stressed anchor cables are arranged on the corresponding second pre-stressed anchor cable channel sections, the upper ends of the second pre-stressed anchor cables are connected with the lower ends of the corresponding first pre-stressed anchor cables, and the lower ends of the second pre-stressed anchor cables are fixed to the rock mass, so that the excavated volume is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
