The invention discloses a two-span type counterweight-free aqueduct making machine and a water conservancy aqueduct span-by-span cast-in-place construction method.The two-span type counterweight-free aqueduct making machine comprises a main frame, supporting legs, a hanging outer rib system, an outer mold system, an inner mold system and a hoisting system, and the main frame is of the two-span length and comprises a guide beam with the one-span length at the front end and a bearing main beam with the one-span length at the rear end; the supporting legs comprise a first supporting leg, a second supporting leg, a third supporting leg, a fourth supporting leg and a fifth supporting leg which are sequentially arranged from front to back, wherein the first supporting leg is a movable supporting leg; the second supporting leg and the third supporting leg are fixed supporting legs. The fourth supporting leg is a movable supporting leg and is provided with a transverse moving mechanism and a longitudinal moving mechanism; the fifth supporting leg is a fixed supporting leg and is provided with a longitudinal movement hole passing mechanism. A two-span type structure is adopted, hole passing is completed in one step, no additional balance weight needs to be additionally arranged on the rear portion, the good forward inclination resistance safety of the whole machine can be guaranteed, the cast-in-place groove making construction period is effectively shortened, and good application prospects are achieved.
