A reinforcing plate is fixedly welded to the middle position of the inner surface of the protective bottom plate, two clamping holes are formed in each of the two ends of the protective bottom plate, mounting grooves and sliding grooves are formed in the two ends of the tamping plate, and springs are fixedly welded to the interiors of the mounting grooves; the protective bottom plate is designed on the lower surface of the tamping plate, the protective bottom plate can be clamped and mounted on the lower surface of the tamping plate and then is reinforced and fastened, when dam leakage is repaired, the emergency repair tamping machine moves to drive the tamping plate to operate, and the protective bottom plate makes contact with the surface of a dam for tamping; and therefore, the dam is tamped, and internal leakage holes are blocked and repaired.
本发明公开了一种堤坝渗漏应急修理装置及使用方法,包括应急修理夯实机,所述应急修理夯实机的下表面设置有夯实板,所述应急修理夯实机的一端安装有操作把,所述夯实板的外表面卡合安装有防护底板,所述防护底板的内表面中间位置处焊接固定有加强板,所述防护底板的两端均开设有两个卡孔,所述夯实板的两端均开设有安装槽与滑槽,所述安装槽的内部焊接固定有弹簧;通过在夯实板的下表面设计防护底板,可以将防护底板卡合安装在夯实板的下表面后并加强紧固,在对堤坝渗漏修理时,通过应急修理夯实机运动带动夯实板操作由防护底板接触于堤坝的表面进行夯实,从而对堤坝夯实将内部渗漏孔封堵修理。
