The invention discloses a high-pressure jet grouting pile construction method which comprises the following steps: measuring and positioning to obtain a plurality of pile positions to be subjected to hole forming; a drilling machine is used for conducting hole forming on the pile positions to be subjected to hole forming one by one, and a plurality of pile holes are formed; the construction parameters of the high-pressure spraying trolley are adjusted so that the construction parameters can meet preset conditions; cement paste is sprayed to the pile holes one by one through a spraying pipe of the high-pressure spraying trolley; and the jet pipe rotates and swings in the pile hole and gradually lifts the jet pipe to form a plurality of high-pressure jet grouting piles. According to the method, after holes are formed in a pile position to be subjected to hole forming through a drilling machine, each pile hole is cut twice through a high-pressure spraying trolley to damage soil layers, the soil layers are cut and damaged through composite spraying fluid of a high-pressure pump and compressed air for the first time, and soil bodies are cut through composite spraying fluid of high-pressure slurry and compressed air for the second time; the cutting depth is increased, the consolidation diameter is increased, and the construction quality is improved while the construction efficiency is improved.
