The invention relates to a concrete underwater repairing material grouting device and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises a fixing frame and a supporting column, a winch is installed on the fixing frame, a first fixed pulley is connected to the top of the supporting column, and a hydraulic oil cylinder is horizontally connected to the upper portion of the supporting column and hinged to the supporting column; a connecting rod is further hinged to the bottom of the supporting column and fixedly connected with a hydraulic oil cylinder, and a second fixed pulley is installed on the hydraulic oil cylinder. The pouring tank is connected through a steel wire rope, the bottom of the pouring tank is connected with a fixing pipe, a pouring valve is arranged on the fixing pipe, an outlet of the fixing pipe is connected with a rubber pouring pipe, and the end of the rubber pouring pipe is connected with a pouring device. The pouring tank and the underwater repairing material are hoisted underwater for pouring, the stability in the pouring process is maintained through the gravity of the pouring tank and the underwater repairing material, the problem that due to impact of concrete in the pouring process, the pouring tank swings is effectively avoided, the problem that the pouring tank deviates from the center line in the pouring process is solved, and the pouring quality of the underwater repairing material is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种混凝土水下修补材料灌浆装置及其施工方法,该装置包括支撑架,支撑架包括固定架和支撑柱,固定架上安装卷扬机,支撑柱顶部连接第一定滑轮,支撑柱上部水平连接液压油缸,液压油缸与支撑柱铰接,支撑柱底部还铰接一连杆,连杆与液压油缸固定连接,液压油缸上安装第二定滑轮;还包括通过钢丝绳连接的浇注罐,浇注罐底部连接固定管,固定管上设置浇注阀,固定管的出口连接橡胶浇注管,橡胶浇筑管端部连接浇筑器。本发明通过将浇注罐和水下修复材料吊装到水下浇筑,利用自身重力维持浇筑过程中的稳定性,可有效避免浇筑过程中由于混凝土的冲击,避免浇筑罐发生摇摆,克服浇筑过程偏离中心线的问题,保证了水下修复材料的浇筑质量。
