The invention discloses a foundation pit construction method using a prestressed underground diaphragm wall as a foundation pit partition wall, which is characterized in that when a foundation pit implemented by stages adopts an underground diaphragm wall and inner support supporting system, different foundation pit partitions adopt different inner support designs due to the depth difference of the foundation pit; in order to solve the problem that due to the fact that supports on the two sides of a foundation pit partition wall are different in vertical arrangement, soil behind an excavated section wall body is unloaded and bears the adverse effect of concentrated loads of horizontal supports, the underground diaphragm wall partition wall is provided, prestressed tendon hole channels are pre-buried in the wall body, and a post-tensioning method technology capable of adjusting tensioning force is adopted on the early excavation side according to deformation of the wall body. The two ends of the partition wall prestressed tendon hole channel are located on the top of the top beam and the upper portion of the bottom face of the foundation pit on the first excavation side respectively, prestress is applied to the top of the wall or the bottom of the first foundation pit to improve stress of the wall body structure, deformation of the wall body is controlled, and the problems that due to the arrangement difference of vertical supports on the two sides of the partition wall, the wall body bending moment and horizontal displacement are too large are solved.
本发明公开了本发明提供了一种预应力地下连续墙作为基坑分隔墙的基坑施工方法,分期实施的基坑采用“地下连续墙+内支撑”支护体系时,由于其基坑深度差异导致不同的基坑分区采用不同的内支撑设计,针对基坑分隔墙两侧支撑竖向布置不同导致已开挖段墙身背后土体卸载并承受水平支撑的集中荷载不利作用时,提出一种地下连续墙分隔墙,墙身预埋预应力筋孔道并于先期开挖侧根据墙身变形采用可调节张拉力的后张法技术,分隔墙预应力筋孔道两端分别位于冠梁顶及先行开挖侧基坑底面上部,通过于墙顶或先行基坑底施加预应力改善墙身结构受力,控制墙身变形,解决了由于分隔墙两侧竖向支撑布置差异造成的墙身弯矩及水平位移过大的问题。
