The invention provides a fixing device for wellhead pipeline positioning, which comprises an air bag main body, the air bag main body comprises an inner-ring air bag and an outer-ring air bag, the inner-ring air bag is nested and fixed in the inner ring of the outer-ring air bag, the inner-ring air bag and the outer-ring air bag are respectively provided with an inflation valve, the outer ring of the outer-ring air bag is tightly attached to the inner wall of an inspection well after the outer-ring air bag is inflated, and the outer ring of the outer-ring air bag is tightly attached to the inner wall of the inspection well. After the inner-ring air bag is inflated, a channel allowing the high-pressure flushing pipeline and the sewage suction pipeline to penetrate through conveniently is formed in the inner ring, and the high-pressure flushing pipeline and the sewage suction pipeline penetrate through the inner-ring air bag and extend into the municipal pipeline for dredging. The outer-ring air bag is used for fixing the whole air bag body in the well wall of the inspection well, and the inner-ring air bag is used for fixing a high-pressure flushing pipeline and a dirt suction pipeline which are placed in a pipeline to conduct dredging operation. The device is convenient to install, saves time and labor, is suitable for inspection wells of various shapes and sizes, can limit the position of a pipeline in the inspection well, avoids damage caused by friction of the pipeline, and guarantees the service life of the pipeline.
