本发明提供了一种钢‑混凝土组合剪力墙结构的模块单元、建筑及建造方法,本发明采用模块化的手段将钢‑混凝土组合剪力墙结构的钢构件部分、装配式楼板的预制部分、建筑面层的预制部分提取出来,在工厂完成拼装,形成模块单元自受力体系,模块单元可同时附带多种建筑部品和内外装饰装修部品,施工现场主要工作为模块吊装和混凝土浇筑工程,取消全部或大部分小构件吊装、脚手架与施工支撑架设工作,钢结构焊接、螺栓连接、混凝土模板支设、钢筋绑扎与焊接工作,同时现场内外装饰装修工程也可大幅度减少。可见,本发明通过模块建筑技术大幅度改变了剪力墙结构的施工工艺,机械化程度大幅度提高,最大限度实现了剪力墙结构的装配化施工程度。
