The invention discloses an interior door lock fast-assembling structure which comprises a spring bolt assembly, an outer side handle assembly, an inner side handle assembly and a square rod penetrating through the spring bolt assembly, and the two ends of the square rod are connected with the outer side handle assembly and the inner side handle assembly correspondingly. An inner concave ring groove is formed in the inner side end, corresponding to the inner side handle assembly, of the square rod; the inner side handle assembly comprises an inner handle and an inner clamping and abutting assembly arranged at the front end of the inner handle. The inner clamping and abutting assembly can be pushed forwards to be clamped into the inner concave ring groove so that the inner handle can be fixedly connected to the inner side end of the square rod. Or, the inner clamping and abutting assembly can be pushed backwards to be separated from the inner concave ring groove, so that the inner handle is pulled away from the inner side end of the square rod. According to the invention, the damaged handle can be replaced without a professional tool, so that the field operation is greatly facilitated.
