The invention discloses a window replacing structure for controlling and discharging smoke in a fire disaster of a high-rise building. The window replacing structure comprises a window frame assembly, wherein the inner end of the window frame assembly is peripherally embedded in a window opening; an inner window assembly is arranged at the end, facing indoors, of the window frame assembly and used for opening and closing a window indoors. An outer window assembly is arranged at the end, facing outdoors, of the window frame assembly and used for opening and closing a window outdoors. The opening and closing states of the inner window assembly and the outer window assembly are controlled through the operation assembly. A smoke diameter channel communicated with the indoor space and the outdoor space is defined by side window plates in multiple directions in the circumferential direction of the window frame assembly, each side window plate is provided with a smoke outlet, and the smoke outlets are used for exhausting indoor smoke. A wind shield is arranged on the outer side of the smoke outlet and used for blocking outdoor natural wind. The whole window replacing structure is made of a high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant material. Natural wind can be well controlled and utilized, the smoke exhaust effect of the high-rise building is good, and the phenomenon that fire is driven by wind can be completely avoided.
