The invention discloses a prestressed reinforced concrete tower structure and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method comprises the steps that S1, after main reinforcements and spiral reinforcements are bound and woven into a cage, the cage is assembled into a prefabricated steel tower drum; s2, concrete mortar prepared according to the designed proportion is sprayed to the cage of the steel tower drum to form a concrete layer, and an initial steel-concrete tower structure is obtained; s3, after the concrete layer is formed and the strength is larger than the first threshold strength, the initial reinforced concrete tower structure is cleaned, polished, inspected, derusted and subjected to anti-corrosion treatment; and S4, after the strength of the concrete layer reaches the second threshold strength, accessories in the tower barrel are installed, and a reinforced concrete tower structure product is obtained. Main reinforcements and spiral reinforcements are bound and woven into a cage and then assembled into a prefabricated steel tower drum, then concrete pouring is carried out, and after a concrete layer is formed and the strength is larger than first threshold strength, cleaning, polishing, inspection, rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment are carried out; and after the second threshold strength is reached, accessories in the tower barrel are installed, the working efficiency of mixed tower hoisting operation is improved, it can be guaranteed that the frequency ranges from 1P to 3P, the crossing risk is avoided, and the safety of a unit is improved.
