Leaf rods are connected to the outer side wall of the watering frame, the free ends of the leaf rods extend to the outer side of the annular groove, and each leaf rod is connected with a leaf plate arranged in the vertical direction; a water guide hole is formed in the blade rod in the axial direction, and a plurality of water sprinkling holes penetrating through the water guide hole are formed in the bottom of the blade rod. According to the scheme, the cost is effectively reduced, the water consumption is low while the good watering cleaning effect is achieved, and water resources can be saved. The invention further discloses an operation method of the intelligent watering street lamp system applied to the urban road.
