The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall joint leakage detection and disposal method based on borehole television detection. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, pre-burying a vertical transparent detection pipe at an underground diaphragm wall joint; step 2, carrying out leakage detection on the diaphragm wall in the transparent detection pipe by adopting a borehole television probe to obtain borehole television data at the joint of the diaphragm wall; 3, partitioning the obtained data, and recognizing the data by adopting an automatic image recognition method; 4, analyzing the detected data, and judging whether a leakage section exists on the periphery of the transparent detection pipe or not; classifying according to leakage conditions, outputting detection result data, and drawing a leakage section distribution diagram; and step 5, grouting and sealing the transparent detection pipe. The method can effectively determine the position of the leakage point at the joint of the diaphragm wall, can guide the efficient proceeding of the subsequent treatment work, and has the advantages of efficient detection, timely treatment and high pertinence of the subsequent treatment work.
