The invention relates to a tile roof lightning protection system and a construction method. The tile roof lightning protection system comprises a ridge lightning receiving device, a gable wall lightning receiving device, an eave lightning receiving device, a roof lightning protection net device and a main body conductive device. The lightning protection device has the advantages that when a lightning stroke must occur, each lightning receiving device receives the lightning and shunts the lightning to a grounding device or a ground net through the main body conductive device in a nearest path, so that a building needing to be protected is protected; the ridge lightning receiving device can completely prevent the ridge from being subjected to shielding failure or side striking of thunder and lightning; the gable lightning arresting device adopts an aluminum alloy line, so that secondary disasters caused by strong shock waves generated during lightning arresting are prevented; the eave lightning arresting device and the gable wall lightning arresting device interact to form an eave corner lightning arresting device, so that direct lightning stroke can be comprehensively defended.
