The invention relates to an ultrahigh-temperature-resistant PTC ceramic heating assembly and a preparation method thereof. The ultra-high-temperature-resistant PTC ceramic heating assembly comprises a PTC ceramic column with a groove structure, a first metal electrode layer, a high-temperature-resistant wire, a second metal electrode layer and an anti-oxidation layer, wherein the first metal electrode layer, the high-temperature-resistant wire, the second metal electrode layer and the anti-oxidation layer are sequentially distributed on the surface of the groove structure of the PTC ceramic column, and the second metal electrode layer is connected with the first metal electrode layer and the high-temperature-resistant wire and used for filling the groove structure. The ultra-high-temperature-resistant PTC ceramic heating assembly further comprises an outer shell and insulating heat-conducting glue distributed between the outer shell and the PTC ceramic column with the groove structure.
