The invention discloses a quick maintenance method for peripheral damage of a manhole cover of a municipal pipe network inspection well. The quick maintenance method comprises the following steps: a constructor prepares steel fiber concrete in advance before construction; analyzing the damage condition around the field inspection well lid, and drawing lines and cutting seams by using a circle drawing tool; breaking the damaged part in the wire by using an air pick; pouring and trowelling bottom layer concrete; mounting a reinforcing mesh; pouring and trowelling middle-layer concrete; the well ring is fixed by the lifting support, and the well lid is fixed by mounting the fixing anchor bolts; pouring upper-layer concrete to the flush position of the well lid, trowelling, and plastering in the well; a heating device is adopted for maintaining the newly-poured pavement; after the concrete strength reaches the standard, using asphalt concrete to reinforce the upper layer around the inspection well; and the vehicle is opened after sweeping. The invention further discloses a heating device used in cooperation with the method. By means of the method and device, newly-poured concrete on the damaged road surface around the well lid rapidly reaches the strength, the maintenance work of the inspection well is completed within the shortest time, and the influence time of maintenance of the inspection well on traffic is shortened.
