The invention provides a fiber bragg grating-based deformation and force self-sensing plate-type rubber support, which comprises a rubber support, a placing groove is formed in the side surface of the rubber support, and the placing groove is of an annular structure surrounding the circumferential direction of the rubber support and is in a wave shape; a fiber bragg grating is hermetically arranged in the placing groove, is arranged along the length direction of the placing groove, and surrounds the circumferential direction of the rubber support along with the placing groove; a plurality of upper measuring points, a plurality of lower measuring points and a plurality of middle measuring points are arranged on the fiber bragg grating at intervals, the upper measuring points are located on the wave-shaped upper wave crest of the placing groove, the lower measuring points are located on the wave-shaped lower wave crest of the placing groove, and the middle measuring points are located between the wave-shaped upper wave crest and the wave-shaped lower wave crest of the placing groove; the fiber bragg grating is connected with the demodulator, and the demodulator is wirelessly connected with the control terminal through the wireless terminal device. According to the plate-type rubber support, the vertical force borne by the plate-type rubber support can be monitored in real time, and whether the support deforms such as bumps or not can be monitored in real time.
