Pit-in-pit construction method for deep foundation pit of coastal silt foundation
The invention provides a pit-in-pit construction method in a deep foundation pit of a coastal silt foundation. The pit-in-pit construction method comprises the following steps that a foundation trench is excavated according to a preset drawing; a drainage pipe is buried in the bottom water filtering layer, a drainage pump is installed in the drainage pipe, and bottom treatment of the foundation trench is completed; a steel caisson machined in advance is placed in the foundation trench, the space between the outer side wall of the steel caisson and the inner side wall of the foundation trench is filled with a second water filtering material, a side wall water filtering layer is formed between the steel caisson and the foundation trench, and the interior of the steel caisson serves as a pit-in-pit construction area; and in the construction area of the pit-in-pit, water in the drainage pipe is pumped out through the drainage pump to be used for pouring a cushion layer above the bottom water filtering layer, and when concrete of the cushion layer reaches the preset strength, construction is conducted on the inner side wall of the steel framework, so that construction of the pit-in-pit is completed. By means of the pit-in-pit construction method, the problems that in the prior art, pit-in-pit construction is conducted in a heavy excavation mode, disturbance to foundation soil is large, the backfill construction cost is high, and foundation pit collapse is likely to occur can be solved.
本发明提供一种沿海淤泥质地基深基坑中的坑中坑施工方法,包括如下步骤:按照预设图纸开挖基槽;在底部滤水层埋设排水管,并在排水管内安装排水泵,完成基槽的底部处理;将预先加工的钢沉箱放入基槽内,并在钢沉箱的外侧壁与基槽的内侧壁之间填充第二滤水材料,使钢沉箱与基槽之间形成侧壁滤水层,将钢沉箱的内部作为坑中坑的施工区;在坑中坑的施工区,通过排水泵将排水管内的水抽出用于在底部滤水层的上方浇筑垫层,当垫层的混凝土达到预设强度时,对钢骨架的内侧壁进行施工,以完成对所述坑中坑的施工。利用本发明能够解决现有技术中,采用的大开挖方式进行坑中坑施工的方式存在对地基土扰动大、回填施工成本高以及易出现基坑坍塌等问题。
