The invention provides a hidden door handle icebreaking method, the hidden door handle comprises a door handle motor, a heater, a temperature sensor and a position switch, the icebreaking method comprises the following steps: entering an icebreaking mode, and controlling the heater to heat the door handle; the door handle motor is controlled to operate, and whether ice breaking succeeds or not is judged by detecting current changes of the door handle motor and signal changes of the position switch; when the current of the door handle motor is smaller than the preset number of times of the normal working current and the signal of the position switch is the opening position of the door handle, the ice breaking succeeds; when the current of the door handle motor is larger than or equal to the preset number of times of the normal working current and the signal of the position switch is the closing position of the door handle, icebreaking fails; and when judging that the ice breaking fails, continuing to execute the first step and the second step in sequence until the ice breaking is successful. The problem that a traditional hard ice breaking mode affects the service life of a door handle motor and a speed reducing mechanism is solved.
本发明提供一种隐藏式门把手破冰方法，所述的隐藏式门把手包括门把手电机、加热器、温度传感器和位置开关，该破冰方法包括以下步骤：进入破冰模式，控制加热器对门把手进行加热；控制门把手电机运行，通过检测门把手电机的电流变化和位置开关的信号变化来判断破冰是否成功；当门把手电机的电流小于正常工作电流的预设倍数值，且位置开关的信号为门把手开启位置时，破冰成功；当门把手电机的电流大于等于正常工作电流的预设倍数值，且位置开关的信号为门把手关闭位置时，破冰失败；当判断破冰失败后，继续依次执行第一步、第二步，直至判断为破冰成功。本发明解决了传统的硬性破冰方式会对影响门把手电机和减速机构寿命的问题。
