The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic main shaft for a miniature high-speed motorized main shaft, which comprises the following steps: injecting ceramic granulation powder into a combined mold, and carrying out isostatic pressing treatment to obtain a ceramic main shaft biscuit; placing the ceramic main shaft biscuit on the V-shaped groove, and sintering to obtain a ceramic main shaft sintered body; and processing the ceramic main shaft sintered body on a coreless grinding machine to a specified size and dimensional precision to obtain a ceramic main shaft finished product for the miniature high-speed electric main shaft. Compared with the prior art, the biscuit of the ceramic main shaft is completed by means of a combined die and an isostatic pressing technology. Compared with a main shaft made of a hard alloy material, the prepared ceramic main shaft has the advantages of low noise, low heating, long fatigue life and the like.
本发明涉及一种微型高速电主轴用陶瓷主轴的制备方法,将陶瓷造粒粉注入组合模具中,经过等静压处理后获得陶瓷主轴素坯;将陶瓷主轴素坯放置在V形槽上,并进行烧结,从而获得陶瓷主轴烧结体;在无芯磨床上对陶瓷主轴烧结体进行加工至规定尺寸与尺寸精度,获得微型高速电主轴用陶瓷主轴成品。与现有技术相比,本发明的陶瓷主轴的素坯是借助组合模具与等静压技术完成的。本发明制得的陶瓷主轴较硬合金材质的主轴具有噪声小、发热低、疲劳寿命长等优点。
