The invention discloses highway tunnel secondary lining machine-made sand self-leveling concrete and a preparation method thereof. The highway tunnel secondary lining machine-made sand self-leveling concrete is prepared from 200-400 parts by mass of cement, 600-900 parts by mass of machine-made sand, 50-100 parts by mass of limestone powder, 50-100 parts by mass of fly ash, 5-20 parts by mass of a modifier, 900-1200 parts by mass of gravel, 140-200 parts by mass of water and 1-8 parts by mass of an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing dry mixing on the gravel, the machine-made sand, the cement, the limestone powder, the fly ash and the modifier in a mixer to obtain a dry mixture, mixing the water and the additive, adding the mixture into the dry mixture, and stirring to obtain the concrete. The concrete prepared by the invention has relatively large construction fluidity and excellent segregation resistance, well solves the contradictory problems of long flowing distance, narrow operation space and difficult vibration of highway tunnel secondary lining mixed construction concrete, has certain self-compaction performance, and effectively reduces the defect problems of non-compaction, void and the like of the highway tunnel secondary lining.
本发明公开了一种公路隧道二衬机制砂自流平混凝土及其制备方法,其由水泥200~400份、机制砂600~900份、石灰石粉50~100份、粉煤灰50~100份、改性剂5~20份、碎石900~1200份、水140~200份、外加剂1~8份按照质量百分比制成。先将碎石、机制砂、水泥、石灰石粉、粉煤灰、改性剂在搅拌机中干拌制得干混合料,再将水及外加剂混合后加入到干混合料中,搅拌即得。本发明所制备的混凝土具有较大的施工流动性和优异的抗离析性,较好地解决了公路隧道二衬混施工混凝土流动距离长、操作空间狭小不易振捣的矛盾问题,且具有一定的自密实性,有效降低公路隧道二衬不密实、脱空等缺陷问题。
