The invention provides a W-type barium cobalt ferrite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing first mixing on a barium source and a first part of an iron source, and performing first sintering to obtain a barium ferrite precursor; mixing the cobalt source and the second part of iron source for the second time, and sintering for the second time to obtain a cobalt ferrite precursor; the barium ferrite precursor and the cobalt ferrite precursor are subjected to third mixing and then subjected to third sintering, and the W-type barium-cobalt ferrite material is obtained. On the basis, a W phase (BaCo2Fe16O27) is mainly formed in the material, and other impure phases are very small. Meanwhile, on the basis of the preparation method, an intermediate product precursor is prepared firstly, the raw materials and process parameters can be adjusted more effectively, then the W-type ferrite material with better excellent performance is obtained, and the W-type ferrite material is better in process controllability, capable of being produced on a large scale and better in industrial applicability.
本发明提供了一种W型钡钴铁氧体材料及其制备方法和应用。该制备方法包括:将钡源和第一部分铁源第一混合后进行第一烧结,得到铁酸钡前驱体;将钴源和第二部分铁源第二混合后进行第二烧结,得到铁酸钴前驱体;将铁酸钡前驱体和铁酸钴前驱体第三混合后进行第三烧结,得到W型钡钴铁氧体材料。基于此,材料中主要形成的是W相(BaCo2Fe16O27),而其他杂相却微乎其微。同时,基于上述制备方法,先制备得到中间产物前驱体,可以更有效地适应调整原料以及工艺参数,进而得到上述优异性能均更佳的W型铁氧体材料,其工艺控制性更佳、可大批量生产、工业化应用性更佳。
