The method has the beneficial effects that a formwork turnover process and slip form construction are organically combined to form an assembly type truss steel formwork system suitable for the hollow cable bent tower, the assembling and disassembling mode of a cable bent tower inner formwork in a narrow space is improved, and full recovery and utilization of the inner formwork are achieved; the fabricated truss outer mold provides counter force for slip form construction of the fabricated truss inner mold, and the coordination work capacity of the cable bent tower inner mold and the cable bent tower outer mold is enhanced through the lifting frame. The binding operation of the reinforcement cage is not affected in the operation process, and the work efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种索塔装配式桁架钢模体系的施工方法,包括步骤:装配式桁架钢模体系的首次安装、浇筑首段索塔单元混凝土、装配式桁架外模翻模爬升及钢筋笼绑扎同步施工、顶部斜撑拆除、槽形轨接长、装配式桁架内模滑模爬升施工、浇筑索塔单元。本发明的有益效果是:翻模工艺与滑模施工有机结合形成了适用于空心索塔的装配式桁架钢模体系,改善了狭小空间中索塔内模的装拆方式,做到了内模的全回收与利用;装配式桁架外模为装配式桁架内模的滑模施工提供了反力,并通过起吊架,增强了索塔内外模的协调工作能力;作业过程没有影响到钢筋笼的绑扎作业,提高了工效。
