The invention provides tensioning equipment and a tensioning method for an FRP grid at a wet joint, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The tensioning equipment comprises an external anchorage device assembly and a tensioning driving piece. The external anchorage device assembly comprises an external cover plate, an external lining plate and an external connecting piece, the external cover plate and the external lining plate are attached to the two sides of a net body, exposed out of a prefabricated structure, of an FRP grid embedded in the prefabricated structure at the wet joint respectively, and the external connecting piece is sequentially connected with the external cover plate, the FRP grid and the external lining plate; the output end of the tensioning driving part is connected with the external anchorage device assembly and used for driving the external anchorage device assembly and the FRP grid to move from the side, where the FRP grid is embedded, of the prefabricated structure on one side of the wet joint to the prefabricated structure on the other side of the wet joint. According to the tensioning equipment, the FRP grid, exposed out of the prefabricated structure, at the wet joint can be clamped through the external anchorage device assembly, and then balanced and effective tensioning can be conducted on the FRP grid under driving of the tensioning driving piece.
本发明提供一种湿接缝处FRP网格的张拉设备及张拉方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域。该张拉设备包括外置锚具组件和张拉驱动件;外置锚具组件包括外置盖板、外置衬板和外置连接件,外置盖板和外置衬板分别贴合于湿接缝处预制结构内预埋的FRP网格的外露于预制结构外的网身的两侧,外置连接件依次连接外置盖板、FRP网格和外置衬板;张拉驱动件的输出端与外置锚具组件连接,用于驱动外置锚具组件以及FRP网格从湿接缝一侧的预埋有该FRP网格的预制结构的一侧朝向湿接缝另一侧的预制结构移动。该张拉设备通过外置锚具组件可以对湿接缝处的外露于预制结构外的FRP网格进行夹持,继而可以在张拉驱动件的驱动下对FRP网格进行均衡有效的张拉。
