The invention relates to a bridge incremental launching construction axis monitoring and deviation rectifying method which comprises the following steps: symmetrically arranging cable ropes which can extend along with the incremental launching process of a bridge main body on two sides of the bridge main body, and connecting the cable ropes with the bridge main body; the passive extension lengths of the cables are monitored in real time in the pushing process of the bridge body, and the axis change of the bridge body is monitored through the passive extension lengths of the cables on the two sides; and when the axis of the bridge main body deviates, deviation rectifying acting force is applied to the bridge main body by actively adjusting the extending length of the cable on one side so as to rectify deviation of the bridge main body. The device has the advantages that the operation is simple, the design is reasonable, the device is convenient to mount and dismount, the axis condition is monitored in the incremental launching construction process, meanwhile, once the displacement phenomenon of a bridge is found, deviation correction is carried out immediately, the incremental launching construction speed is guaranteed, in addition, precision errors caused by manual measurement are reduced, manpower is saved, and the practicability is high.
本发明涉及一种桥梁顶推施工轴线监测及纠偏方法,在所述桥梁主体的两侧对称设置可随所述桥梁主体的顶推过程伸长的缆索,并使所述缆索与所述桥梁主体连接;在所述桥梁主体的顶推过程中实时监测所述缆索的被动伸出长度,通过两侧的所述缆索的被动伸出长度监测所述桥梁主体的轴线变化;当所述桥梁主体的轴线发生偏移时,通过主动调整一侧的所述缆索的伸出长度向所述桥梁主体施加纠偏作用力以进行所述桥梁主体的纠偏。本发明的优点是:操作简单、设计合理且装置便于安装与拆卸,实现顶推施工过程中监测轴线情况的同时,一旦发现桥梁出现位移现象,立刻进行纠偏,保证顶推施工的速度,另外减少人工测量造成的精度误差,节省人力,实用性强。
