The steel sliding blocks are installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the cover beam, the upper surfaces or the lower surfaces of the steel sliding blocks are sliding surfaces, the sliding surfaces of the two steel sliding blocks are staggered up and down, the two ends of the pushing jack abut against the two steel sliding blocks respectively, and pier column deviation is achieved through the huge difference of friction force of the upper ends and the lower ends of the steel sliding blocks. Additional horizontal force cannot be generated on the pier body, other pier structures cannot be affected, anchor bolts do not need to be installed at the beam bottom, damage to the beam body is avoided, and the overall safety of the pier body and the bridge structure in the construction process is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种适用于柔性桥墩纠偏的步履式顶推施工装置及其施工方法,包括盖梁、墩柱、左侧梁板和右侧梁板,盖梁安装在墩柱的上端外表面,还包括安装于盖梁上端外表面上的纠偏装置,纠偏装置分别对应左侧梁板和右侧梁板设置;纠偏装置包括左右两个钢滑块、置于两个钢滑块之间的顶推千斤顶;钢滑块安装在盖梁的上端外表面上,钢滑块的上表面或下表面为滑动面、且两个钢滑块的滑动面上下错开,顶推千斤顶的两端分别抵住两个钢滑块,利用钢滑块上下两端摩擦力的巨大差异,实现墩柱偏移。本发明不会对墩身产生附加水平力,也不会影响到其他桥墩结构,不用在梁底安装锚栓,避免了对梁体的破坏,确保了施工过程中墩身及桥梁结构整体的安全。
