When a first rotating roller drives a convex plate to synchronously rotate anticlockwise, a convex edge is matched with a convex strip, so that an impact rod can conveniently move downwards in a through groove under the elasticity of an elastic strip, and accumulated ice on a road surface can be conveniently crushed by utilizing the impact force of the impact rod; when a first rotating roller drives a convex plate to synchronously rotate clockwise, the convex plate scrapes off accumulated ice crushed by an impact rod when rotating, the convex plate is matched with a convex strip, the impact rod is driven by a convex edge to impact the accumulated ice behind the road surface again through the bottom end of the impact rod, and the crushing effect on the accumulated ice on the road surface is improved through back-and-forth movement of the first rotating roller; and the icebreaking efficiency is improved.
