A construction method for assembling a plane gate in a gate groove comprises the steps that a gate chamber is poured, a truck crane and a transport vehicle are used for standing on the top of the gate chamber, and a bottom gate leaf of the plane gate falls on a sill along the gate groove; the second section of plane gate leaf is hoisted through the hoisting method in the first step and falls on the bottom section of gate leaf, the two sections of gate leaves are positioned through a positioning block, and the rest of plane gate leaves are hoisted in the same way; temporarily closing a gate top orifice of a gate groove of the plane gate, pouring concrete bent frame columns, splicing and welding gate leaves, and starting construction at the same time; after the concrete bent frame column top platform pouring completion age is reached, starting to mount the opening and closing equipment; and hoisting the whole gate leaf of the plane gate assembled in the gate groove to a gate top locking beam by using opening and closing equipment, placing the gate leaf, carrying out secondary welding, installing plane gate accessories after welding is completed, and carrying out gate connection debugging. Potential safety hazards of load bearing of the locking beam are avoided, and the welding quality and the construction progress of the plane gate are guaranteed.
一种门槽内拼装平面闸门的施工方法，步骤为：进行闸室浇筑，利用汽车吊及运输车在闸室顶上站位，将平面闸门的底节门叶顺着门槽落在底坎上；采用步骤1的吊装方法吊装第二节平面闸门门叶，落在底节门叶上，2节门叶之间通过定位块定位，以此类推，吊装剩余平面闸门门叶；将平面闸门门槽闸顶孔口临时封闭，混凝土排架柱浇筑与门叶拼装、焊接同时开始施工；混凝土排架柱顶部平台浇筑完成龄期到后，开始安装启闭设备；用启闭设备把门槽内拼装好的平面闸门整体门叶吊起至闸顶锁定梁上放置，进行二次焊接，焊接完成后安装平面闸门附件，再进行连门调试。本发明不仅避免了锁定梁承重的安全隐患，而且保证了平面闸门的焊接质量和施工进度。
