The piston piece is assembled in the liquid guide cavity in a sliding mode, the driving mechanism comprises a driving rod, the driving rod is connected with an impeller and a C-shaped shaft rod, the C-shaped shaft rod is assembled and connected with the bent lever arm, the floating body assembly is provided with a plurality of suction nozzles, and the fence falling mechanism is used for adjusting the fence falling depth of the fence.
