According to the powerful stirring device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the loading and unloading number of the stirring rings can be determined according to the solidification depth of sludge, and two grouting kettle openings are formed in each of the two ends of each stirring ring, so that the efficiency and quality of sludge stirring and grouting are fully ensured. The bottom end of the device is a circular conical head, and conical head resistance in the stirring sinking process of the device can be reduced.
