The invention discloses a construction method of a narrow canal embankment concrete heightened retaining wall, which comprises the following steps of: erecting a movable trolley frame on the tops of canal embankments on two sides, enabling a worker to walk from a right bank canal embankment to a left bank canal embankment through a trolley bridge plate, excavating a foundation of the canal embankment left bank heightened retaining wall, conveying excavated soil to the right bank canal embankment by utilizing a soil conveying belt conveyor on the movable trolley, and carrying out construction on the left bank heightened retaining wall. Loading to a material transport vehicle; a left bank foundation pit adopts a frog type tamping machine to tamp the foundation, and a formwork is erected; the material transport vehicle transports concrete into the left bank foundation pit through a concrete transport belt conveyor on the movable trolley for pouring, and vibration is conducted; the operation is repeated by moving the moving trolley in the channel heightening direction. A whole set of construction process including earth excavation, earth transportation, formwork erection, concrete transportation and concrete pouring is constructed. The construction of the concrete heightened retaining wall is completed, the labor cost can be saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
