The reset piece is arranged between the sliding piece and the friction piece; the lever is provided with a connecting part, a first abutting part, a second abutting part and an operating part, and the connecting part is in limiting fit with the friction piece and located between the first abutting part and the second abutting part, so that the first abutting part and the second abutting part are configured to abut against the outer surface of the straight rod to form fulcrums for rotation of the lever when the operating part is lifted; therefore, the friction piece is separated from the second abutting face through the connecting part when the rotating piece continues to rotate around the fulcrum, and the operation part is allowed to finally drive the sliding piece to slide in the sliding groove. When a user operates, the sliding piece can ascend or descend only by applying force for lifting the operation part to the operation part, and operation is more convenient.
