The invention discloses a drying and sterilizing ecological closestool which is of a split structure and comprises a bottom plate and a closestool shell fixed to the bottom plate. A drainage direct discharge funnel is arranged on the closestool shell; the box body is positioned in the closestool shell, is used for storing excrement falling from the drainage direct discharge funnel, and can be taken and placed in the closestool shell; the drying and sterilizing device is used for heating and sterilizing the excrement in the box body and heating and gasifying the liquid in the box body to generate steam; the exhaust condensate water device is used for condensing steam generated by the drying and sterilizing device and exhausting waste gas; the closestool flushing device is used for containing condensate water and serves as a closestool flushing water source. Condensate water produced by the closestool does not need to be flushed by external water, the closestool is suitable for northern toilet reform, solid excrement subjected to sterilization treatment and innocent treatment can be directly returned to the field to be used as organic fertilizer and can also be processed to be used for animal feed production, and the characteristic of ecological environmental protection is embodied.
