A traditional steel support connecting joint adopts a welding mode, the ductility of the joint is poor, and brittle failure is prone to occurring. The structural column and the structural beam are connected through the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, the gusset plate is welded to the upper connecting plate in advance, the groove-shaped connecting plate, the vertical supporting plate and the horizontal supporting plate are welded to the rectangular steel pipe support in advance, then all the components are connected and fixed through bolts, and assembly type connection of the three large components is achieved. According to the invention, the difficulty of on-site installation is reduced, the problem that the steel support is difficult to weld in the air is solved, and the installation progress of construction is accelerated; and meanwhile, the workload of welding is reduced, so that the adverse effects of residual deformation, stress, low-temperature cold brittleness and the like on the structural member caused by excessive welding are reduced.
本发明公开了一种带有斜向支撑的装配式梁柱节点。传统钢支撑连接节点采用焊接方式,节点延性差,易发生脆性破坏。本发明结构柱和结构梁通过上、下连接板连接,节点板预先焊接在上连接板上,槽型连接板、竖向支撑板和水平支撑板预先焊接在矩形钢管支撑上,然后再通过螺栓将各个构件进行连接固定,实现了三个大构件的装配式连接。本发明降低了现场安装的难度,解决了钢支撑空中施焊难的难题,加快了施工的安装进度;同时减少了施焊的工作量,进而减少了因过多施焊对结构构件造成的残余变形、应力及低温冷脆等不利影响。
