According to the roof structure of the small reactor building provided by the invention, the reinforcing ring beam is arranged at the connecting position of the first subsection and the second subsection, so that the influence of dismantling the second subsection on the stability of the whole roof structure is reduced, and the convenience of maintaining main equipment of the reactor building is improved; and the first steel plate is arranged on the first subsection to serve as a formwork for concrete pouring, the overall strength and rigidity of the roof structure are improved, and meanwhile the construction efficiency of the roof structure is improved.
