The invention relates to a reinforcing mesh supporting device which comprises a bottom plate, a retaining part and a supporting part, a connecting hole is eccentrically formed in the bottom plate, the lower end of a connecting column of the retaining part extends into the connecting hole, the upper end of the connecting column of the retaining part is fixedly connected with a retaining pipe, a penetrating hole is formed in the lower portion of the retaining pipe, and a penetrating hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the retaining pipe above the penetrating hole. A through hole is formed in the bottom plate, an opening of the through hole faces the central axis of the bottom plate, the retaining pipe is connected with a supporting piece through the through hole, the supporting piece comprises a supporting body, a connecting plate and a sliding block, the central axis of the supporting body coincides with the central axis of the bottom plate, and the connecting plate is connected to the peripheral wall of the supporting body. The other end of the connecting plate penetrates through the penetrating hole and is connected with a sliding block which is located in the retaining pipe and makes sliding contact with the inner wall of the retaining pipe, and the height of the sliding block is smaller than that of the penetrating hole. According to the reinforcing mesh supporting device, on the premise that the supporting requirement of the reinforcing mesh is guaranteed, waste is reduced as much as possible, and the design performance of the reinforcing mesh is guaranteed.
