By arranging a first butt joint block, a second butt joint block, a limiting block and a limiting groove, the supporting plate and the reinforcing steel bar supporting part are limited, and the convenience when the reinforcing steel bar supporting part and the reinforcing steel bar bracket are disassembled and replaced is improved; bolts and threads are arranged to adjust the supporting legs; and finally, by arranging a positioning seat, a positioning block and a fixing block, the convenience during maintenance of the base is improved.
